Transportation will be organized from Montpellier and Arles.

Plan on reserving a train or flight to Montpellier that arrives 1-2pm.

9-12:45pm MENTOR-LED SESSIONS: Full, Half and One-on-Ones

2:15-4pm MENTOR-LED SESSIONS: Full, Half and One-on-Ones

4:15-6:30pm FREE TIME: (optional) walks, town visit, swimming in the river

7-7:30pm COCKTAILS

7:30-8:30pm DINNER

8:30-9:45pm LECTURES by the mentors, followed by Q&A

MORNING: FINAL PRESENTATIONS

AFTERNOON: 1/2-DAY EXCURSION

One-on-one sessions with the mentors

EVENING: CELEBRATION DINNER

10am DEPARTURE BY MINIBUS
